Working as part of a major creative agency rebrand for two independent schools, I was commissioned to edit and rewrite copy for their websites in line with their new brand footprints.

International innovation
In my six years as Head of Editorial for Research Media I was responsible for content strategy and weekly production of the company's flagship 120 page publication on science and technology research. A small selection of other projects I worked on for the company are summarised below:
UK/australia INNOVATION HUB
I devised the Innovation Hub series on research impact and university-industry connectivity to coincide with the launch of the UK Research Excellence Framework results in December 2014. Each piece was crafted after meeting face-to-face with Heads of Research Enterprise at individual institutions, in order to better reflect the unique work undertaken at each. An Australian edition followed after I spent a week visiting universities and business leaders in Melbourne.
FP7 CASE STUDIES / LAY SUMMARY
Working with multiple project contributors, I created 14 case studies to document field work, alongside an 8 page report summarising the key observations, policy implications of an FP7 European project on climate uncertainty. The collateral was disseminated amongst the press and was made freely accessible to interested lay public.
EUROPEAN PROJECT REPORT
Working from a long-form scientific report, I was charged with the major editing and project management task of producing a 24 page summary for the coordinating team, enabling them to better communicate their findings to a broader stakeholder group.
UNIVERSITY INSTITUTE BROCHURE
Working closely with the client first to shape their brief, I proposed a structure and wrote and edited a summary brochure documenting their research findings on climate change and impacts in the Eastern Mediterranean and the Middle East.
